With Danly SinterLube there are no more compromises. You no longer have to decide between maintenance-free graphite bushings or steel bushings with a long service life.
With SinterLube, we have developed a bushing that combines all benefits:
self-lubricating, high-strength, high guiding accuracy, low-wear, temperature-resistant, exchangeable, and standardised in acc. with DIN 9834 and Danly standard.

DANLY UK offers a wide range of ball, or linear guiding elements, with 5 different styles. They are available as an option on all DANLY die sets. These elements overcome the lubrication problems associated with precision tooling or high-speed press applications, by providing almost frictionless action, coupled with stability.
Ball bushes require much less maintenance. A coating of refined mineral oil, (of viscosity 290/340SSU @ 100°F containing “EP” additives and rust inhibitors), after periodic cleaning will maintain accuracy and life. There are many applications where DANLY ball bushings can move loads freely over a distance, even in inclinable presses.

guiding elements

All DANLY guiding elements are made from high quality materials. Steel components are hardened to a depth of 1.3mm, with a hardness figure in excess of Rc60/64. Pillars and bushings are ground to very close tolerances, with a surface finish of 0.2µm CLA.
All bushings having the same location diameter, are interchangeable, both solid and ball bearing guiding. Precision guide pillars and demountable guide pillars are also interchangeable with one another.
